I think it gaps up tomorrow in the morning. As of tonight, there are now ZERO shares available to short, with a staggering cost to borrow of 306%. Any uptick above $1.48 will cause it to skyrocket.

$TPST CEO Matt Angel described the Senlang transaction as “an important step in building Tempest as a multi-platform in vivo CAR-T company focused on immune reset for oncology and autoimmune indications.”

$TPST Terms of their licensing deal with Senlang were filed with the SEC. If exercised, TPST pays: • An option exercise fee of approximately $447,000. • A nomination fee for each Selected Licensed Product. • Annual maintenance fees escalating from $10 million to $14 million over the first 3 years. • A 6% royalty on net sales & a share of any sublicense revenue.

It's a clinical-stage lentiviral in-vivo CAR-T asset. • Dual target BCMA/GPRC5D • Initial indication is r/r multiple myeloma • Ph1 in rrMM in enrolled in China with 6 pts. Clinical update expected in Q4 2026. US IND filing expected in 2027. TPST-4003 • Dual targeting BCMA/CD19. In-vivo formation of TPST-2003 (autologous CAR-T). TPST-2003 Phase 1 data shows that the MOA has potential, they plan to take it further with the in-vivo formulation (4003). • Phase 1 IIT planned in Q4, with data readouts in 2027. Interesting quote--->"Even though we're quite a small company, at this point, we're not terribly worried about the path to getting this product fully developed and on the market and to patients, when there's so much enthusiasm in the industry for this." ^Said this when he was showing the slide of Big Pharma M&A of in-vivo CAR-T assets.

It was VERY interesting to the images and case studies about the two patients whose cancer had been eradicated with the CAR-T trial, one apparently was a relapse from a different CAR-T! $TPST Guessing we will see a PR after hours today or tomorrow morning to officially announce the in-licensing of 4903 from Senlang. Today's conference really supports the idea that they are going all-in on in-vivo CAR-T.

$TPST I’m convinced that these clowns are playing games on the passing of this amendment if they wanted it to pass this time around they had the resources at their disposal.If they wanted my vote they can offer me an .81 cent warrant for each share I vote. I think the plan is to shake out retail again and step on the gas on Oct14 with a waiting tender offer and an amendment pass. I don’t trust management one fuking inch!
