The fake LOI is latest in the LOI bag of tricks this year. Just mind boggling. They don't have any money. Let alone $40. They owe $15M to their toxic financiers and they can't pay that. Thats due in a month. They needed a million to start up their Houston remediation factory and they don't have that. It'st sits undone and idle. The Empire merger is now years in the process and they don't have the money to do that. Don't get me started on the Olenox LOI. The next report bag of tricks play will be the 'oil trade' aspect of their failed business. Where they bring in a ton of revenue. But less than 1% is profit.
