$ZNB shareholders deserve answers. Crypto investors contributed substantial assets, yet shareholders approved another 1:8 reverse split as ZNB’s market value continued to fall. The big question: Why would major investors support repeated splits and subsequent dilution instead of demanding an explanation for the gap between ZNB’s disclosed crypto holdings and its market valuation? What is their investment thesis?

Did they hold through the collapse—or sell or hedge? With market cap reportedly below $6M, what happened to the previously disclosed 2,000 SolvBTC? Why did the board pursue a 1:100 reverse split alongside convertible financing, a July 2026 1:8 split, and authority for another potential 1:8? Disclose ultimate beneficial owners—or provide identities and transaction records to SEC/Nasdaq. Shareholders deserve answers.

$ZNB TWO TRANSACTIONS. VERY SIMILAR AGREEMENTS. WHO IS REALLY BEHIND THEM? The Aug. 2026 Regulation S transaction bears notable similarities to the Oct. 2025 SolvBTC transaction—including apparently very similar agreements. Shareholders deserve greater transparency on the ultimate beneficial ownership, counterparties and blockchain funding sources behind BOTH transactions. Before any further reverse split, or major capital restructuring, shareholders should demand clear, documented answers from the Board and management. Transparency is not optional when shareholder value is at stake. The Board must address these questions publicly and be accountable to the shareholders whose capital it is entrusted to protect. $ZNB Checked better the SEC filings and it's pretty clean structure except some fixed warrants. I think we are early on a company that's pivoting towards crypto/digital asset finance and not simply and entertainment company. The question isn't if they are currently transitioning, the question is: will the market eventually value ZNB primarily as a Bitcoin/digital-asset treasury/finance play rather than an entertainment company? Holding and adding more slowly.
