Will Sugar’s Price Consolidation End?
World sugar futures for July delivery on the Intercontinental Exchange have traded in a 16.43 to 19.72 cents per pound range in 2025. While coffee, cocoa, and frozen concentrated orange juice futures have reached record highs over the past months, world sugar remains well below its 1974 record 66.0 cents per pound peak.
