NB NioCorp Developments Ltd

$NB went by the mine site today. There’s about a mile of fencing completed around the property. Portal and road construction well underway.

$NB 100 dollar stock in 1 year M & A incoming We have officialy entered meme-stock territory. GL 2 ALL involved. For every panic seller: Buy an index-fund

$NB There's only one play here. Accumulate for the next three years. 1. Must get EXIM loan. Need nearly 2bn dollars for build out. 2. Do the construction. 3. If all goes well, revenue comes in 2030 Why invest? Physical AI and Robotics industries will need the rare earths that NB can potentially produce. It's a classic binary setup where trust in management is of utmost importance. I hear that Mark Smith knows what he's doing. Thoughts?

$NB Adding to my thoughts below about institutional investors, I'm guessing a lot of retail and institutional investors are in for around $6 per share - or maybe I should say between $5-$7. If memory serves, when NioCorp sold additional shares in the last 18 months as the stock was on the way up, the offerings were at about the $5-$6 range, and the sales went quickly, and we all complained about dilution. As it was going up, people like me added, even at above $6. When it got to $10-$12, many people took their profits, and as it started to fall, some people bought more shares. Now, I think the stock price is stuck because most investors are under water. Nobody wants to start selling until the price gets back up above $6-$7. We need a catalyst for that first 50% BUMP, Ex/Im approval would do that, so might some firm off-take agreements. Once we get there it becomes an open market again with high trade volumes, and the price goes back to the $10-$12 range.

$NB Trump just held a nice ceremony in Iowa to celebrate an 18B investment by an Indian company in a brand new state-of-the art steel plant in southeast Iowa. They will use Iron Ore mined in Minnesota. Both projects had strong support from Ex/Im. Trump mentioned that steel is a strategic resource, he talked about how the military needs steel for tanks and ships. The entire Iowa Republican political delegation was there. I believe one day soon Trump will do the same thing in Nebraska for the Elk Creek project. On my earlier post, all I'm saying is VALUE and PRICE are different. The old saw that something is "only worth what someone is willing to pay for it" is certainly true at a given point in time in limited and immature markets. A diamond might be appraised at 50K by a jeweler, but it might have just a few potential buyers, none willing to pay more than 25K. When you can get something at a lower price than it is worth, it is called a BARGAIN. NB IS CURRENTLY A BARGAIN.

$NB As a long term investor, I wonder why NioCorp is taking so long to finalize their Ex/Im application. One possibility, the deal could be getting more complicated. For months, NB has been seeking 800M from Ex/Im, including British and German banks - 200M each. Currently, Trump is not getting along very well with our Western European NATO Allies. Plus, NB's recent Feasibility Study shows the need for $1.3B in additional capital, not just 800M. Maybe Scott Bessent and Pete Hegseth are now involved. The recent government deal with Anduril could be illustrative. They will build lots of ships for the Navy, and fast, in Baltimore. Private capital of $3.7B and $2.9B of government funding for the production of ships, subs, and torpedo's, and American Taxpayers will own 40% of the shipyard! Maybe the Air Force wants to own part of the fighter jet supply chain and they need Scandium Aluminum Alloys. And the Navy needs Niobium to strengthen Ships.

$NB This 8s not advice do your own DD. I ran NioCorp through Stan Weinstein’s Stage Analysis to separate the Elk Creek story from what the chart is actually telling us. My conclusion: NB appears to be developing from Stage 1 toward a potential Stage 2 advance but confirmation isn’t there yet. Fundamentally, the pieces continue coming together the updated feasibility study is complete Elk Creek now targets 8 critical mineral products, construction activity has begun and the study satisfied an important EXIM due diligence requirement. But EXIM financing itself is not yet approved. Technically I’m watching 3.65 as the first hurdle. A sustained move through there is constructive. The bigger confirmation would be 4.00–4.25 with expanding volume and a rising 30 week moving average. That would be more like a Weinstein Stage 2 advance. Weinstein’s framework keeps the discipline simple: the story can tell you why you want to own it; the chart tells you when the market is beginning to agree.

$NB How about our CEO who has made 10’s of millions off NioCorp alone only Focus’s on NioCorp and nothing else? Mark is clearly not clever or smart enough to run a single company let alone many others. Mark get this shit done! Why the F are you doubling dipping salaries only to make yourself richer? Get EXIM deal done and retire so a real CEO can run our company. You are old so please retire and move on. Take jim sims with you so you both can focus on IBC. Do we have a deal??

$NB I did get a call from RedChip today and had a good conversation with Luke. Niocorp is extremely undervalued at this point in the process. It’s painful to see the share price where it is, but it will appreciate to the value it should soon.

$NB love how you are thinking my friend. I’m not greedy just give me $50 a share in a year. Once in full production and selling it like hot cakes I see $100 a share as well. Look at $MP it hit $100 a share last year and our mine will be even bigger. 🎰💰🤑🙏

$NB I went back through NioCorp’s recent filings. The financing story is bigger than just EXIM. EXIM remains active. UK Export Finance has expressed preliminary interest in a guarantee up to $200M, and Germany reiterated Elk Creek’s eligibility for its Untied Loan Guarantee Program in June 2026. NB has also received most of the ~$10M U.S. government reimbursement package. None of these are final project financing—and that distinction matters. But the pieces are lining up: EXIM + Germany + UK support + strategic/offtake financing + capital already raised. For me, the real catalyst is one of these moving from support to a binding commitment.

$NB Keep fumbling that market momentum Mark, even with momentum sitting on your face you cant get the stock up…… Imagine hyping Mark up for over 12 years and the stock is around all time lows. Theres absolutely no way youd be in the green unless you just open a position earlier this week. Unless youre bring paid by NB

$NB Market is ripping jobless claims are down, news of a binding contract or anything at this point would be great Mark.

$NB Scandium aluminum alloys are way too useful to not be a cornerstone of more advanced fighter jets and space sector developments, it's a slow ass journey, but it'll pay in due time

$NB got out of this, $UUUU $LAC and $MP fortunately made back losses with $V calls. I like the minerals plays but for now I will stick with stocks that make money .. today

$NB When is EXIM news coming?? When do the offtakes come? When do contracts become binding??WTF🤬 man??? Seriously does anyone have a clue??

$NB NioCorp signed an MOU with Lockheed Martin covering potential purchases of up to 15 tonnes of scandium annually from Elk Creek. Interesting validation for the scandium side of the project as US critical mineral demand grows.

$NB after decade of following this company closely I unfortunately have to let you all know we’ve been scammed. They will never make a dollar of revenue. This has been a money printing machine for Mark and his boys. He is a crook

$NB So where’s your Boi Mark Smith at? Markets are ripping and this stock is red, Mark is a clown.

$NB I don’t know how many of you follow NB on X, Linkedin, and others, but there is a noticeable uptick in posts and action. I’ve been begging them for just that for a long time and I definitely find that potentially positive. They do have a pulse at least
