You can be certain the Communist threat to stop sending critical minerals to adversaries starting in 2027 will come up for discussion. Trump, Hegseth, Bessent, Lutnick and others will press hard for some wiggle room. I believe no matter what happens in the midterms, even if the Democrats impeach Trump in the House again, our leaders understand it is a strategic imperative to fund American and other western mining and processing ventures. That is what Project Vault is all about. NioCorp and its particular mix of minerals and alloys, especially Scandium, MUST be fast-tracked. A long term relationship between NioCorp, Lockheed, and our Department of War MUST be finalized before Trump leaves office.

$NB A lot of negative people on this thread. I can only guess that they are shorting the stock. My game is long term and value. The exim loan will get approved, mine will be developed, cash flow will grow year over year.

$NB For all of us waiting on Ex/Im approval, here is the process. The Elk Creek project was favorably received and has been posted on the Ex/Im website as a Pending Category A project since Nov 2023. They must COMPLETE an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA). The ESIA MUST MEET ALL KINDS OF REQUIREMENTS. NioCorp has engaged numerous consultants to get this work done. As we all know, THIS WORK IS PROGRESSING, BUT ITS PAINFULLY SLOW. Once the ESIA is complete and presented to Ex/Im, it must be made available to the public for a 30 day comment period BEFORE the Ex/Im Board considers Final Approval. It seems to me that Mark needs to be accountable to his Board and to Investors for BOTH COMPLETING the ESIA and GAINING APPROVAL. So, GO FAST, BUT GET IT RIGHT - One bite at the apple! The time has come for Mark and NioCorp to share their thoughts in writing about WHEN the ESIA will be COMPLETE. A range in months would be acceptable, caveats are OK!

$NB Having followed this for years now, this is like buying a winning lottery ticket without knowing which drawing has your number. I’ve bought a giant pile of shares over recent years and now they’re basically just sitting in a shoebox in the attic until the market comes to its senses and recognizes the underlying value. This year, five years from now, I really don’t care. There has been a lot of commentary here about how it’s somehow Mark’s fault that we’re still waiting on final funding. Thank you to the traders who’ve been spewing that uninformed nonsense from under the pile of empty pizza boxes on their waterbeds. You’ve created some nice buying opportunities. Expecting any predictable timeline when you have dependencies on this insane clown posse administration is a fool’s errand. Eventually the intrinsic value will be recognized, that’s all that matters. GLTA!
