The spin off is expected to be executed on June 1, 2026 and once separate, FedEx Freight will operate as a separate public company listed on the New York Stock exchange. &nbsp;In the second quarter, Freight segment results decreased due to lower shipments, higher wage rates, and the hiring of additional sales professionals in preparation for the company's spin-off. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Stock Tumbles After-Hours On Mixed Q4 Earnings, Weak Quarterly Revenue Forecast

However, this was below analyst estimates of $34.2 billion. The company reported adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.05, beating the $1.03 consensus."We continue to focus on what matters most – serving our customers, running great stores, and strengthening our core business. The company said that it has already started rolling it out and can be found in the top navigation panel on the Prime Video homepage for no added cost.
