MLM is a benign, fluid-filled cyst that can form under the skin, often on the neck or the head.<h2 class="st-heading-2">QTORIN Rapamycin Was Well Tolerated</h2>In the Phase 3 SELVA study, QTORIN rapamycin was generally well tolerated. Of the 50 patients who started treatment, 70% reported side effects, most of which were mild or moderate. Four serious adverse events were reported, but investigators said they were not related to the drug. The most common treatment-related issues were mild skin reactions at the application site.88% of the patients completed the 24-week study. (IBRX) climbed about 6% in premarket trading on Tuesday after the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) encouraged the company to submit a regulatory filing for its recombinant Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (rBCG), a move aimed at expanding treatment access in Saudi Arabia and easing the ongoing global shortage.&nbsp;The company said it expects to file the submission within the next few weeks. BCG is an immunotherapy drug used to treat early-stage bladder cancer.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Expanding ANKTIVA Across Tumor Types</h2>The company also began discussions with the SFDA to broaden the use of ANKTIVA in combination with checkpoint inhibitors for multiple tumor types beyond metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. ANKTIVA is an Interleukin-15 (IL-15) receptor agonist. NKTR Stock Soars After Nektar Reports Positive Atopic Dermatitis Trial Results

However, the health insurer’s fourth-quarter (Q4) total revenue came in at $2.81 billion, significantly below the Street estimates of $3.12 billion, according to Fiscal.ai data. Oscar also reported a loss of $1.24 per share, wider than the estimates of a loss of $0.92 per share.The company’s medical loss ratio (MLR) was 95.1%, meaning 95.1% of total premiums paid by policyholders went toward claims, with the remaining 4.9% retained by the insurer. It was 88.1% last year.As of Feb. 1, 2026, Oscar served about 3.4 million members.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Firm Eyes Profitability In 2026</h2>CFO Scott Blackley said in a call with analysts that the firm expects to meaningfully improve financial performance and return to profitability in 2026.“We expect earnings from operations to be in the range of $250 million to $450 million, a significant improvement of nearly $750 million year-over-year, implying an operating margin of approximately 1.9% at the midpoint.
