The fresh capital will help Two Brothers Organic Farms strengthen its farmer partnerships, build a large-scale food park, and expand its retail presence across key international markets, including the US, Middle East, and UK.
From a small village in Maharashtra to shelves across 50 countries, Two Brothers Organic Farms has come a long way in taking India’s clean and traceable food to global markets. The company has raised ₹110 crore in a Series B funding round led by 360 ONE, Rainmatter, and the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office. The fresh capital will be used to expand its farmer network, scale production, and strengthen its international presence.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Satyajit Hange, Co-Founder of Two Brothers Organic Farms, said the fundraise marks a crucial milestone in the company’s growth journey. “We’re at a stage now where we’re doing approximately ₹200 crore ARR in revenue, and this year we’ll close at over ₹200 crore for the financial year,” he said, adding that the company’s revenues have grown nearly three times in the last 12 months.
The company plans to use the funds to expand its farmer network from the current 5,000 to 15,000 over the next few years, with an eventual goal of partnering with 50,000 farmers. “We have tech for traceability, training centres, and people on the ground. The idea is to scale from 60,000 capacity to over two lakh and ultimately form a food park that creates an ecosystem for food manufacturing,” Hange said.
The new investment will also fuel the company’s global ambitions. Two Brothers is setting up a stronger offline retail presence in the US and Middle East while deepening its footprint in the UK. “We want to establish an offline retail presence in the US—in stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. We’ve just set up a legal entity in Dubai and are making inroads into stores like Al Maya, Grandiose, and Costco,” Hange said.
Two Brothers Organic Farms, founded by siblings Satyajit and Ajinkya Hange, is already EBITDA positive. The company sells a range of organic products—including ghee, atta, jaggery, and cold-pressed oils—directly to consumers through its website, app, and major online marketplaces.
The brand’s larger vision is to make organic farming economically viable for rural communities. Farmers associated with the platform earn a premium of 25-40% for growing chemical-free produce. “Being farmers ourselves, we’ve lived that life. We’ve seen how soil fertility improves, and reliance on external inputs goes down,” Hange said.
With the latest funding, Two Brothers Organic Farms aims to scale its operations, empower more farmers, and take India’s traditional, sustainable food systems to the global stage.
