Starboard holds more than 9% stake in the company.&nbsp;Starboard in its letter to TRIP highlighted the company’s prolonged underperformance and failure to take decisive action to create shareholder value.&nbsp;“Shareholders deserve a credible, comprehensive process focused on maximizing value.
